About Us

CAPDHHE is the Canadian Association for the Prevention of Discrimination and Harassment in Higher Education. A community of human rights practitioners dedicated to improving campus belonging and preventing discrimination and harassment at colleges and universities across Canada. Our work includes knowledge sharing, professional development, and creating a collaborative network of experts.

Our Mandate

Our objective is to provide professional development resources, networking, and support to individuals working in post secondary campus roles focused on human rights and EDI. We foster proactive prevention of discrimination and harassment and support innovation in practice across Canadian higher education institutions.

Leadership Team

Our leadership includes practitioners from universities and colleges across Canada who bring deep expertise in EDI, human rights, and campus inclusion. Their collective experience strengthens our national voice and advances sector wide excellence.
